THE CHALLENGE
How can a scene that thrives on secrecy grow and expand?. The main challenge in this project was finding the balance keeping the atmosphere anonymous and underground, while still allowing it to
reach and attract new people.
OUR APPROACH
The main goal of the was to explore the use of the “phygital” space combining both the physical and digital worlds into one integrated experience.

THE RESEARCH
It all started with Ido, an average student who, chose Be'er Sheva for his studies after hearing about the city's impressive nightlife. After a year and a half Ido feels stuck in a rut, he finds himself frequenting the same few bars, Ido feels something is missing. Everyone praises Be'er Sheva’s nightlife, but he can’t seem to find the variety people talk about.
USER REASERCH
Inrerviewing Students In Be'er Sheva
To deeply understand the needs and frustrations of our users, we go and interviewed students studying in Be’er Sheva. All students were between the aged 18 and 35

THE DIVE IN
We decided to dive in and get to the root of the problem. Throughout our research, we attended numerous parties (purely for research purposes, of course), using the time to refine and focus on the true needs of our users

THE BRAND
We needed an identity that felt underground by design. After exploring many directions, we landed on the sign-language symbol for "party" a gesture most people don't recognize, perfect for noisy environments, and completely invisible to outsiders. That's exactly the point.

THE ''PHYGITAL'' SPACE
Since social media ads would kill the underground vibe, we took the logo to the streets stickers and graffiti spread across the city. Once curiosity was sparked, we placed the logo as a scannable barcode in key spots we believed matched our vibe, leading people directly to the app.
